Av. Murat Ustabaşı completed his legal traineeship within the Istanbul Bar Association and began practice as a member of the Istanbul Bar.

Ustabaşı Law & Consultancy was founded on the observation that victims’ voices are often not heard enough in criminal proceedings. Since its founding, the office has worked mainly on sexual offences (arts. 102–105), primarily representing victims, and also handles cases in other areas of criminal law, particularly narcotics offences (arts. 188–192).

Cases in this field require care, patience and sensitivity as much as legal knowledge. In our meetings, we listen first — then set out your rights and options in clear, simple language.
