Privacy Notice (KVKK)

Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), Ustabaşı Law & Consultancy, as data controller, processes the name, contact details and message content you share with us via WhatsApp, phone or e-mail solely to respond to your request and manage appointments.

The appointment form on this site stores nothing on our servers; it only hands what you typed to the WhatsApp app. Whether to send the message is entirely under your control, and the resulting conversation is also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms.

Your personal data is not shared with third parties or transferred abroad, and is deleted within a reasonable time once your request is concluded. It is additionally protected by attorney–client privilege.
